The installation with performative acts “Banquet Echoes” by Elisa Ossino features a bespoke light installation and a sculptural dining table as its centrepieces. Geometric cubes and handcrafted plates set the stage for culinary delights, created by V-ZUG’s Gourmet Academy. Throughout each day, small tastings will play with texture, flavour, shape and colour. The installation is conceived as a dialogue between technology and art: V-ZUG’s modern kitchen appliances become functional sculptures at the centre of a multisensory experience.
