One Crown Place, apartments with a view

As an important City Fringe tower project in the London Borough of Hackney, One Crown Place is an exciting mixed-use development where old and new have been combined to form a dynamic city block. It includes retail spaces, a boutique hotel, offices, an inner courtyard and high-end residential apartments.

Inside, the Sophie Ashby Collection comprises eleven premium one- and three-bedroom apartments on the upper floors of the North and South towers. Each has its own personality and stunning view. This kitchen has its own neatly integrated V-ZUG WineCooler and comes with a CombiSteamer V6000 45 and Combair V6000 60.

The adaptive reuse of a Victorian warehouse, whose masonry facade has been retained, creatively links historic elements with a dramatic new six-storey podium and residential towers.

“Glazed terracotta on the external perimeter facades alludes to the masonry and glazed-brick buildings that characterise the area.” KPF architects
