A Parisian apartment redefining conviviality

A spacious Haussmann-style apartment in the heart of Paris has been reinvented by interior designers Amandine Gommez-Vaëz and Arnaud Lenoir. Conceived to host charming parties and dinners, this space combines tradition and innovation, the French art of living and cutting-edge technology, thus redefining conviviality.

In the kitchen, a monolithic green marble island becomes the ideal place for informal exchanges and sharing food. Perfectly blended in with the countertop is the “CombiCookTop V4000”, a state-of-the-art hob where sleek design meets an intelligent approach to cooking. Its mirror-like surface which reflects the sculptural lighting and artworks was appealing to the owner and adds a sense of refinement and inspiration.

“The most striking element is the green marble kitchen island. Its colour subtly echoes the curtains in the living room, testifying to the aesthetic coherence worked into the whole flat.” Arnaud Lenoir, blackStones

The living room offers a generous, warm space, underlined by the Versailles parquet flooring, providing continuity with the kitchen. The white marble Haussmann fireplace, cream bouclé sofas and wooden coffee tables create a cosy conversation area, while the brutalist-style loungers add contrast.
