As a service technician, you will work independently in the area near where you live. Before you start your rounds each morning, you will attend a meeting at one of our service centres. State-of-the-art equipment for digital working, high-quality tools and resources, and functional work apparel will help you guarantee the best service in Switzerland.

You will complete three months of structured basic training with a mentor, laying the foundation for your future career as a specialist. We will also help you maintain an ideal work/life balance. We offer you the greatest possible flexibility within the existing regulatory framework provided and the requirements of your role. At V-ZUG, our service employees can also work part-time.
