The installation with performative acts “Banquet Echoes” by Elisa Ossino features a bespoke light installation and a sculptural dining table as its centrepieces. Geometric cubes and handcrafted plates set the stage for culinary delights, created by V-ZUG’s Gourmet Academy. Throughout each day, small tastings will play with textures, flavours, shapes and colours; at night, the installation transforms into an intimate and performative setting with surprise interludes acted out by performers. The installation is conceived as a dialogue between technology and art, where V-ZUG’s modern kitchen appliances become functional sculptures at the center of a multisensory experience.
