The ideal accessory set for preparing delicious pizza at home. The pizza steel heats up quickly and, thanks to its extreme conductivity, ensures crispy pizzas in just a few minutes.
In addition to the pizza steel and pizza peel, the set includes a brochure with two professional dough recipes as well as tips and tricks for perfect pizza preparation.

Results:
- The result in the oven with PizzaPlus (280-300 degrees): The pizza is baked evenly with a very crispy finish. The mozzarella melts and browns slightly. For perfect results – ideal for several pizzas in succession.
- As a general rule, the hotter the oven, the faster and better the result.
- For the Classic Line appliances, the pizza steel can be placed on the wire shelf – making sure that the front/back and top/bottom are correctly oriented.
