The vesta® digital payment system, developed and distributed by the Swiss company eeproperty, makes it easier for property managers with communal laundry rooms to bill for services. Users can conveniently reserve washing or drying equipment via a booking platform on their computer or app. Management benefits from simple online administration, which saves resources and money. The vesta® solution can also be retrofitted cost-effectively in existing laundry rooms.

A central control display with independent networking is installed in the communal laundry room and connected and controlled via a satellite to each washing and drying appliance. The satellites recognise the duration of a washing or drying cycle and enable precise billing.

Digital wash schedule

The vesta® solution allows tenants to pay directly for wash and dry cycles, check the availability of appliances and access the online schedule. It also allows users to assign specific wash times or block schedules. The app displays the account balance and informs users when the wash cycle is finished. The credit is topped up online or via QR-bill.

Simple for administrations

The vesta® solution takes care of the administration and transactions associated with the use of the laundry rooms. The activities and payments are listed in a history that can be accessed via the internet platform with an admin account. In addition, vesta® offers a 7/7 support service for tenants.
