It is particularly important to us that we can always provide our partners with reliable information about stock levels and delivery times for appliances in a transparent and simple form.

We are continuously improving the structure of the range of stock in our warehouse in line with daily needs in the Swiss market. We have been able to improve on our delivery promise for all our appliances, including those produced especially for individual customer orders.

With production in Switzerland, large warehouse capacities and high process quality and stability, we are the best partner for you. Together, we are thus able to serve our customers in Switzerland with a wide range and the fastest availability.

1. Stock information

“Low stocks” are now always clearly visible directly on the product page for the relevant appliance:

In order to call up the current total stocks of an appliance for large orders, we have developed a one-click approach for you.

2. Delivery times for appliances not in stock

For all appliances that are not in stock and which are mainly manufactured specifically for your individual orders, you will now mostly receive a specific date for in-stock availability. This is shown directly on the product page for the specific appliance – normally it will not be more than 8 days in the future.

Even if in extremely rare cases – usually a result of supplier problems – an appliance cannot be delivered for a longer period, you will receive transparent information in the familiar table below:

Availability details in the business portal always refer to the current day only. For a standard order, the delivery availability of the quantity to be ordered will be checked specifically for you by your V-ZUG sales force staff member. In this way we guarantee you maximum predictability and reliability.
