It is important to note in advance that all V-ZUG appliances are already equipped with a comprehensive and attractive range of features and functions that cover everyday needs and for which no additional subscription is required.
V-Upgrade is not to be confused with the free update service, which regularly provides customers with new functions and bug fixes.
V-Upgrade is helpful if a property manager or landlord wants to buy a cheaper device with the basic functions, but the tenant wants additional special features. The tenant can then upgrade these independently of the landlord. V-Upgrade provides special features, which are technically complex. The appliances of the highest comfort level, i.e. V6000 appliances, already contain all features and functions, which means that no V-Upgrades are necessary.
