Type plate finder

All V‑ZUG appliances come with a type plate. The serial number printed on the appliance type plate helps customer service identify your appliance. In addition, the data on the type plate also provides information on the design variant, the electrical connection conditions and tests passed.

Serial number – the key to your appliance

All information concerning the appliance, such as delivery, installation, commissioning (warranty card), demonstration, service contract or troubleshooting, is continuously recorded and can be retrieved at any time via the serial number. For this reason, we always ask for the serial number so that we can provide information or support in the event of an issue relating to an appliance.

The serial number is printed on the appliance type plate and consists of three parts:

  • «SN» (formerly FN) as an identifying feature

  • a model number with 3 to 5 digits (e.g. 864)

  • a serial number (e.g. 000621)

    Important: The serial number should also be noted down in the instruction manual so that you always have the number at hand, even years after purchase.

Locate the appliance type plate

Case 1

Open the appliance door. The type plate is located on the left-hand side above the door hinge.

Case 2

For appliances with a system drawer: Pull the drawer out slightly. The type plate is located on the left between the housing and the drawer.

Open the appliance door. The type plate is located on the left on the side wall.

Case 2

For appliances with a system drawer: Pull the drawer out slightly. The type plate is located on the left between the housing and the drawer.

Case 3

Open the appliance door. The type plate is located on the left-hand side above the door hinge.

Case 1

Open the drawer. The type plate is located on the right-hand side of the inside wall.

Case 2

Open the drawer. The type plate is located on the inside of the panel or front of the appliance.

Case 3

Open the drawer. The type plate is located on the outside, on the left-hand side.

Open the appliance door. The type plate is located on the left on the side wall.

The type plate is usually located on the underside of the tray or inside the kitchen unit underneath.

Case 1

Pull the appliance out. The type plate is located on the right-hand side wall.

Case 2

Open the operating panel. The type plate is located on the right-hand side next to the coffee bean container.

Case 1

Release the metal grease filter. The type plate is located behind the metal grease filter on the inside of the appliance.

Case 2

Pull out the flat pull-out deflector plate and release the metal grease filter. The type plate is located behind the metal grease filter on the inside of the appliance.

Case 3

Pull out the glass canopy and release the metal grease filter. The type plate is located behind the metal grease filter on the inside of the appliance.

Case 4

Release the metal grease filter. The type plate is located behind the metal grease filter on the inside of the appliance.

Case 5

The type plate is usually located on the underside of the tray or inside the kitchen unit underneath.

Case 6

Pull out the range hood and release the metal grease filter. The type plate is located behind the metal grease filter.

Case 1

For Adora dishwashers: Open the appliance door. The type plate is located on the left-hand side.

Case 2

For Adorina dishwashers: Open the appliance door. The type plate is located on the upper edge of the door.

Case 1

Open the appliance door. The type plate is located on the left-hand side of the inside wall and is concealed by the vegetable tray.

Case 2

Open the appliance door. The type plate is located on the upper right-hand side of the inside wall.

Case 3

Open the appliance door. The type plate is located centrally on the left-hand side of the inside wall.

Case 4

Open the appliance door. The type plate is located on the back wall and is concealed by the vegetable tray.

Case 5

For CombiCoolers: Open the appliance door. The type plate is located in the freezer compartment on the left-hand side of the inside wall and is concealed by the lowest drawer.

Case 6

For freezers: Open the appliance door. The type plate is located on the back wall and is concealed by the lowest drawer.

Case 7

For Supreme: Open the appliance door. The type plate is located on the ceiling of the appliance, under the cover.

Case 8

For FoodCenter: Open the appliance door. The type plate is located on the right-hand side of the inside wall and is concealed by the vegetable tray.

Case 9

For FoodCenter: Open the appliance door. The type plate is located centrally on the left-hand side of the inside wall.

Open the appliance door. The type plate is located on the left on the side wall.

Open the appliance door. The type plate is located at the top of the back wall.

Open the appliance door. The type plate is located on the left-hand side of the inside wall.

For Adora: Open the drain tray. The type plate is located to the right of the foreign body trap.

Case 2

For Adora: Open the drain tray. The type plate is located to the left of the foreign body trap.

Case 3

For Adorina: Open the appliance door. The type plate is located on the inside of the appliance door.

Case 4

For Adorina: Open the drain tray. The type plate is located on the inside of the cover.

Case 5

For Adorina: The type plate is located centrally on the back of the appliance.

Case 6

For Unimatic: Open the drain tray. The type plate is located above the emergency unlocking tool.

Case 1

For Adora: Open the appliance door. The type plate is located at the bottom of the front panel.

Case 2

For Adorina: Open the appliance door. The type plate is located on the lower edge of the door opening.

Case 3

For Adorina: Open the appliance door. The type plate is located on the upper edge of the door opening.

Case 4

For Unimatic: Open the appliance door. The type plate is located at top left on the front panel.

Open the appliance door. The type plate is located above the lower door hinge.

The type plate is usually located inside the kitchen unit underneath.
