Smart, sustainable drying

The Adora tumble dryers are an energy-efficient choice for drying at home. Thanks to state-of-the-art heat pump technology and the smart EcoManagement function, they keep a constant eye on energy consumption – including by indicating the projected energy use before the programme starts.

Using the new basis for calculation, our premium AdoraDry V6000 and V4000 appliances achieve an energy efficiency rating of B, while the rating for the AdoraDry V2000 is C. The CombiAdoraDry V4000 DualDry is now assigned an energy efficiency rating of D.

One of the most important changes with regard to the energy rating of tumble dryers is the adjustment of the test programme that all of the ratings are based on. An appliance’s rating depends on its energy efficiency index (EEI), and relates to its weighted annual energy consumption and nominal capacity.
