Warranty information about V-ZUG products

2-year warranty
The warranty period for V-ZUG products (excluding products applicable to Warranty Services of Repair, Replacement and Refund Regulation) is generally 2 years, calculated from the date of purchase. The validity period of the products applicable to Warranty Services of Repair, Replacement and Refund Regulation shall be executed according to the Regulation certificate or national regulations.

Quality assurance content
The warranty service only covers material and manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, V-ZUG will handle all issues related to material and manufacturing defects free of charge, and will not charge any labor, travel, or material fees. V-ZUG will make its own decision to repair, exchange the same product, or refund based on the situation. In addition, V-ZUG has the right not to accept other requests from customers.

Effective regions for quality assurance services
The warranty service is only valid in the country where the appliance is purchased and is provided by V-ZUG or its authorized service provider. We reserve the right to refuse to provide warranty for appliances sold to other countries without approval when problems arise due to differences in technical conditions (such as power supply voltage, frequency, etc.) or climatic environment in that country.
