During this year’s Milan Design Week, V-ZUG shares its visions and inspirations through an installation designed by Elisa Ossino. “Banquet Echoes” fuses visual, tactile, and culinary elements to create a holistic experience that bridges technology and art.

Banquet Echoes at V-ZUG Studio Milan
The installation “Banquet Echoes” by Elisa Ossino features a bespoke light installation and a sculptural dining table as its centrepieces. Geometric cubes and handcrafted plates set the stage for culinary delights, created by V-ZUG’s Gourmet Academy. Throughout each day, small tastings will play with textures, flavours, shapes and colours. The installation is conceived as a dialogue between technology and art, where V-ZUG’s modern kitchen appliances become functional sculptures at the center of a multisensory experience.
