Important update: Connectivity changes for LAN-connected appliances
As of June 2024, our app will have limited support for appliances connected via LAN, impacting features such as status and push notifications.

New V-ZUG app function "Apple Subscription for V-Upgrade" now available
With the next app update, V-Upgrade packages and additional functions for V2000 and V4000 washing machines and tumble dryers will be available to iOS customers as a monthly subscription via Apple's in-app purchase system.
The subscriptions can be easily managed via the user's Apple account settings. This update offers an innovative solution to improve the user experience with more convenience and flexibility.
The digital upgrade subscriptions for washing machines and tumble dryers are now available for iOS (Apple devices). Subscription options for V-Upgrade programmes are not yet available for the dishwasher.
